At CabynByke, we believe every sip and every bite should be a moment of delight. While we strive for perfection, sometimes issues may occur during delivery or pickup.

We offer a premium, hassle-free exchange and return experience to ensure our customers always enjoy the best.

Return & Exchange Criteria

You can request an exchange or return in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong Item Delivered – The product received differs from what you ordered.
  • Order Not Delivered – The product did not reach your doorstep.
  • Spilled, Damaged, or Broken – The item arrived damaged or spilled during delivery.
  • Quality Issues – The product tastes off, is defective, or not as advertised.

Requests must be made within 30 minutes of delivery for delivery orders or immediately after self-collection from our Kasoori Road, Gulberg location for pickup orders.

CabynByke Order Delivery Zone – 5 km Radius

  • If your order qualifies for an exchange, contact Caby & Byke Customer Support via WhatsApp, Call, or Email.
  • Important: Please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
  • We will collect the affected item from your delivery location and provide the correct or replacement item immediately.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Returns are not available; only exchanges can be processed.

In-Store Pickup – All of Lahore

  • Customers collecting their order from our Gulberg outlet may request an exchange only; refunds are not offered.
  • Please present the affected item for verification by our team, following our in-store policies and procedures.
  • Once verified, a replacement item will be provided immediately to ensure a smooth and professional resolution.
  • Self-pickup customers are encouraged to notify our team immediately upon receiving their order for prompt assistance.

2. Verification

Our team will verify your request, confirm eligibility, and guide you through the replacement process.

For self-pickup orders, a store coupon may be offered for future purchases as part of our premium customer experience.

3. Resolution

Once verified, a replacement item will be processed within 2–3 hours to ensure a swift and seamless resolution.

  • For eligible self-pickup or online orders, store credit or a coupon may be issued to the original customer account for future purchases.
  • Items that are partially consumed, altered, damaged after delivery, or tampered with may not qualify for exchange.
  • CabynByke reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not comply with these guidelines.
