1. Delivery Radius

We currently offer home delivery within a 5-kilometer radius from our outlet location:

Caby & Byke
Aman Square, Mian Mehmood Ali Kasoori Road,
Block A3, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan

Orders falling within this radius are eligible for our standard delivery service.

2. Outside Delivery Area

For locations beyond the 5 km delivery radius, we currently do not offer direct delivery service.

Customers are kindly requested to:

• Place their order in advance
• Collect their order via self-pickup (takeaway) from our outlet
• Arrange their own third-party pickup service, if required

3. Takeaway / Self Pickup

We welcome takeaway orders for all customers outside our delivery zone, as well as those who prefer to collect their order directly.

For takeaway orders:

• Orders must be placed in advance for preparation
• Customers will be informed once their order is ready for pickup
• Proper packaging is ensured to maintain freshness and quality during transport

4. Order Responsibility

Once an order is handed over for takeaway or third-party pickup:

• The responsibility of safe transportation lies with the customer or assigned courier
• We ensure the product is packed securely at the time of handover
• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or handling issues after pickup
