Return, Refund Exchange Policy

At Caby & Byke, every coffee, dessert, and Matcha item is freshly prepared to order with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a clear and structured policy to ensure fairness and transparency.


General Policy

All items at Caby & Byke are freshly prepared food and beverage products. For this reason, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order at the time of purchase and upon delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • All coffee beverages (hot & cold)
  • Desserts and bakery items
  • Matcha drinks and specialty beverages
  • Any food or drink prepared fresh to order

Returns are not applicable due to hygiene, safety, and product freshness standards.


Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered (not matching order details)
  • Order item missing from the package
  • Product damaged or compromised during delivery
  • Verified quality issue reported immediately upon receipt

Note: ย All issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery to be eligible for review.


Required Proof

To process any complaint efficiently, customers may be required to provide:

  • Clear images of the received item
  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Order ID and delivery details

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the claim being declined.


Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, Caby & Byke may offer one of the following:

  • Fresh replacement of the item
  • Refund via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method
  • Store credit for future orders

The resolution method will depend on product availability and case evaluation.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 working days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on banking channels
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Preparation or packing error confirmed by our team

Taste preference or change of mind is not eligible for exchange due to the nature of food products.
